This policy explains what personal information Digital Studio Ultra handles when you visit digitalstudioultra.com or buy from us, and how it is used.

What we collect

• When you browse this website: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site, and we may see anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.
• When you buy: you give us your e-mail address, and the payment company you choose collects your payment details. Razorpay works under its privacy policy and PayPal under its privacy policy. We receive and store your e-mail address, the product you bought, the amount, the payment reference and the number of downloads, so we can deliver your files and help you later. We never receive your full card details.
• When you e-mail us: we receive your e-mail address and whatever you write to us.

How we use it

We use it only to deliver your purchase, provide support, meet our tax and accounting duties, and stop fraud. We do not sell or rent your information. We will only send you marketing e-mails if you have asked for them, and every such e-mail has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the services that run our shop: Razorpay and PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, order records, file delivery and e-mail forwarding) and Google (our e-mail inbox), plus authorities where the law requires it. Some of these services process data outside your country under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, normally up to 8 years, and support e-mails for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used, by e-mailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
